By purchasing a ticket to or attending a 4 Seasons event ("the Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase a ticket or attend.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the organisers of 4 Seasons. They apply to every edition of the Event unless a specific edition publishes a superseding document.

• You must be at least 18 years old to attend. Valid government-issued ID may be required at entry.
• 4 Seasons is a private event. Only registered attendees with a valid wristband for the current edition may enter the venue.
• You are required to wear your wristband visibly at all times so that you can be identified as an attendee.
• Using another attendee's wristband is not permitted and will result in removal.

• Reckless or disruptive behaviour that endangers or disturbs other attendees is not permitted.
• Attendees may not enter service areas, backstage areas, emergency exits, or any area marked "Staff Only".
• Tampering with any fire-protection device, including opening fire doors or triggering alarms, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and may be referred to law enforcement.
• Do not damage the venue or equipment. This includes using markers, stickers, or similar items on surfaces, and deliberately cracking open glow sticks or anything containing dye, adhesive, or corrosive material.
• No sleeping or camping at the venue for any reason.
• Weapons of any kind are not permitted on or around the premises.

Please treat all attendees and staff with respect. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, body shaming, ableism, or any other form of discriminatory behaviour.
• Exposure of fetish gear or sexual behaviour beyond a mere display of affection.
• Nudity.
• Display of offensive, extremist, or hate symbols.
• Attire that is excessively revealing, transparent, or that does not cover undergarments and private areas.

Consent must be clear, enthusiastic, informed, specific, and freely given. It can be withdrawn at any time.

Transgressive behaviour of any kind is not accepted. If you feel unsafe or witness behaviour that violates these rules, contact staff immediately.

• You are expected to drink responsibly. You remain liable for your actions regardless of intoxication.
• The use or sale of illegal substances at or near the venue is prohibited.
• Bringing your own alcohol to the event is not permitted.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. A designated smoking area is available outside.

By attending the Event, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or otherwise recorded. This material may be used by the organisers for promotional, documentary, or archival purposes without further compensation.

Personal photography and video for non-commercial use is permitted. Recording individuals without their consent is not.

These rules are not open to debate during the Event. Staff are available if you believe a rule has been applied incorrectly; their decisions are final.

• Staff reserves the right to impose sanctions ranging from a verbal warning to a permanent ban from all future 4 Seasons events.
• Violations may result in immediate removal from the venue without a refund.
• You are liable for any damage you cause to the property of another attendee, the venue, or the Event.
• If you have a problem with another attendee or crew member, contact staff.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the organisers.

Resale of tickets above face value is prohibited.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Event due to circumstances beyond their control. In such cases, refund eligibility will be communicated at the time of cancellation.

To access certain features of this website you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information. False or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of tickets.

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, and text, is the property of 4 Seasons or its respective rights holders. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Attendance at the Event is at your own risk. The organisers are not liable for personal injury, theft, loss, or damage to property incurred during or in connection with the Event, except where required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of this website or attendance at any 4 Seasons event constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
